I built Sustainable Strength because too many normal people were being pushed into extreme workouts, harsh diets, and unrealistic schedules and quitting because they couldn’t keep up. I wanted to create a system that actually fits real life. Something people can follow even when work, kids, and stress get in the way.

I used to train way too much long sessions, constant fatigue, getting sick often, and always feeling behind. I thought “more is better,” but it only made me burnt out.

When I switched to short, sustainable training, everything changed.I felt better, got stronger, and finally found a routine I actually enjoyed.
